Location and Uses
Mysterious Clouds are only found in the lower Cloud Tops. There are five of them, each holding a Gold Kinstone Piece. Link can Fuse Kinstones with them. Each Fusion activates one of five Pinwheels; when all five are active, a large Tornado will appear to take Link to the Home of the Wind Tribe
