Baito
Baito is the name of the Postman found on Dragon Roost Island in The Wind Waker. Many believe that Baito could possibly be a Sheikah. He has very similar tattoos to those of Zauz.
The first meeting with Baito is while he is trying to apply for the Letter Sorting job. Evidently he is hired. In addition to his regular duties, he will allow Link to sort letters as a mini-game. With an impressive enough score, Link will receive a letter from Baito.
