Prime Meat and Rice Bowls are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Link can make a Prime Meat and Rice Bowl by Cooking Raw Prime Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt together in a Cooking Pot. When eaten, they will restore some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. Since these bowls contain high-quality meat, they are considered to be a serious Meal.[1]

Extra ingredients can be added to Prime Meat and Rice Bowls, which can result in the following variations:

  • Chilly Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[3] Made by adding chilly ingredients. They will grant Link one level of Heat Resistance when eaten.[3]
  • Electro Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[4] Made by adding electric ingredients. Link will gain one level of Shock Resistance by eating these bowls.[4]
  • Enduring Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[5] Made by adding enduring ingredients. Consuming them will completely restore and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[5]
  • Energizing Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[6] Made by adding energizing ingredients. Link can refill part of his Stamina Wheel by eating these.[6]
  • Hasty Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[7] Made by adding hasty ingredients. These bowls can be eaten to increase Link's movement speed.[7]
  • Hearty Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[8] Made by adding hearty ingredients. Eating these will heal all of Link's Hearts and grant him temporary Hearts.[8]
  • Mighty Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[9] Made by adding mighty ingredients. When eaten, Link will receive a boost to the power of his attacks.[9]
  • Sneaky Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[10] Made by adding sneaky ingredients. Eating them will increase Link's Stealth abilities.[10]
  • Spicy Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[11] Made by adding spicy ingredients. They grant Link one level of Cold Resistance when they're eaten.[11]
  • Tough Prime Meat and Rice Bowl:[12] Made by adding tough ingredients. If Link eats them, he will gain a boost to his defense.[12]
