The Founding of the Kingdom of Hyrule is an event in The Legend of Zelda series.[1]

Overview

The Founding of the Kingdom of Hyrule occurs on the Surface following the events of Skyward Sword.[1] The kingdom is founded by the descendants of Zelda from Skyward Sword.[2] The founding Queen and King were Sonia and Rauru.[3] The kingdom was established at the Great Plateau,[4] chosen because it was the location of the sacred Temple of Time.[2] The Oocca also participated in Hyrule's founding.[5]
