Mysterious Statue
The Mysterious Statues are three large statues in the Southwest corner of Castor Wilds in The Minish Cap. Link must locate three special gold Kinstones in the area to fuse with the three Mysterious Statues in order to proceed into the Fortress of Winds. Once each statue receives its Kinstone, its face changes to a smile and it jumps, doing progressive damage to a boulder blocking the path until it is destroyed with the third and final fusing.
Each of the needed Kinstones can be found somewhere in Castor Wilds: one guarded by a Darknut in a cave to the west, a second in a cave to the north, and the third in a cave near the center. This is one of three locations in the game that requires the special gold Kinstones, the others being the Source of the Flow near Northern Hyrule Field and the Mysterious Clouds on the Cloud Tops near the Palace of Winds.
