The City in the Sky is the seventh dungeon in Twilight Princess. It's located in the Sky, which can be accessed by a cannon in Lake Hylia. The City is where the Oocca tribe live and is the final dungeon where you can use an Ooccoo. The dungeon relies very much on the Double Clawshot which you recieve in this dungeon from fighting the Aerofols. There is also a lot of using the Iron Boots in the dungeon to keep yourself from blowing away from the wind. The dungeon's boss is the Twilit Dragon, Argorok. When exploring the high altitudes and braving the frigid winds of The City in the Sky, it is best to use caution near ledges, grapples, thin walkways, and towers (use a slow and steady pace). The city runs on many ancient and complex machines that are far more advanced than anything found in Hyrule. These machines use the power of the wind to its full extent. Wind is the fuel of the city, it powers every major machine that Link comes across.

Miscellaneous

The City in the Sky is said to be the "link" (or bridge) between Hyrule and the Sacred Realm. It is also said that the Ooccoo created the first Hyrulians. The City in the Sky is very similar to the Palace of Winds found in the The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Although two separate races created each city during different time periods, they share a common bond that is as mysterious as the wind that links them.
