EX Treasure: Dark Armor

Quest Giver Misko's EX Journal 2
Location Deya Village Ruins
Reward Phantom Ganon Set

"EX Treasure: Dark Armor" is a Side Quest in Breath of the Wild.[citation needed] It is exclusive to The Champions' Ballad DLC Pack.

Overview

The Quest is obtained upon reaching Hyrule Kingdom and loading the overworld of Hyrule, which can be done by Traveling, reloading a save file, dying, or leaving an Ancient Shrine[you have to puchase the expansion pack first]. When the Quest is activated, Link will be tasked with finding Misko's EX Journal 2, which is rumored to be in the Deya Village Ruins. In the Journal are clues to the locations of six Treasure Chests, each containing a priceless relic stolen from Hyrule Castle by Misko.[1] The Journal states the Evil Spirit's Armor Set is hidden within Faron's sea of trees and details where the three pieces of Armor can be found.[2] It is possible to activate the second stage of the Quest by reading Misko's EX Journal 2 without triggering any of the loading conditions for the Quest's activation. The Phantom Ganon Skull can be found in a Treasure Chest submerged under the highest of three waterfalls flowing south from Corta Lake to Lake Floria. The Treasure Chest containing the Phantom Ganon Armor is submerged in Floria River underneath the Sarjon Bridge. The Phantom Ganon Greaves are in a Treasure Chest buried next to a broken stone bird statue in Ebara Forest. Each Chest can be dislodged from the ground or retrieved from the water using the Magnesis Rune, allowing Link to acquire the Armor within. The Quest is completed once all three pieces of the Phantom Ganon Set have been obtained.
