Baby Dodongos are enemies in Ocarina of Time.[1]

Characteristics

Baby Dodongos are infantile versions of the Dodongos. They are small, serpentine creatures that slither along the ground which can be found in Dodongo's Cavern. Upon detecting Link's presence, Baby Dodongos will burrow up from underground, often in groups, and lunge at him when they are in range. Baby Dodongos are relatively weak and can be dispatched quickly. Upon their defeat, they will explode. This explosion can be used against Cracked Tile walls in lieu of Bombs.
