Boss Bot is an Boss in The Adventure of Link.[1] It appears in the Great Palace.
Characteristics
The Boss Bot is a giant Bot which is composed of and splits into five blue Bots when hurt. The Boss Bot appears from above, dropping onto Link. Similar to normal Bots, the Boss Bot hops around its territory deep in the Great Palace, aggressively seeking Link. The Bots it eventually splits into are stronger than average Bots and take more hits to defeat. The Boss Bot itself awards no experience, and also takes no beam damage, so Link must put himself in harm's way to fight the monster.
Trivia
- The Giant Zol shares a resemblance to the Boss Bot, while the Giant Buzz Blob will turn into a form similar to a Boss Bot when Magic Powder is sprinkled upon it. Chuchus in Skyward Sword can also grow into a huge form and split into many smaller versions, much like the Boss Bot.
