Goronade, an energy drink, is a quest item appearing in Oracle of Ages. It is given to Link by the Goron guarding the steps to the upper part of Rolling Ridge in the past, in trade for the Goron Vase.[1] Link then must give the Goronade to the Goron running the Big Bang Game,[2] so that he can then play the game and win the Old Mermaid Key.

Trivia

  • The name "Goronade" seems to be a play on the popular energy drink "Gatorade", or simply a combination of 'goron' and 'lemonade'.
  • In the Japanese version of Oracle of Ages, Goronade is named タフゴロン2001 (Tough Goron 2001).
