Pouch

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

The Pouch,(ALBW)[1] also known as the Adventure Pouch,(SS)[2] is a recurring Item in The Legend of Zelda series.

Location and Uses

Skyward Sword

In Skyward Sword, the Adventure Pouch is given to Link by Fledge to aid him in his quest to find Zelda.[3] It can hold Medals, Shields, Empty Bottles, Quivers, Bomb Bags, and Seed Satchels. When one of these items is obtained while the Adventure Pouch is full, the obtained item will be sent to the Item Check in the Skyloft Bazaar. If Link has the Cursed Medal equipped, he cannot open his Adventure Pouch and cannot equip a Shield in exchange for Treasures and Rupees appearing more often.

The Adventure Pouch can hold up to four items when Link obtains it,[4] however, the Adventure Pouch can be upgraded to increase its capacity. Each Adventure Pouch Upgrade allows Link to carry an extra item. Three upgrades can be bought from Beedle's Airshop for 300, 600, and 1,200 Rupees, respectively. The final Adventure Pouch Upgrade can be found inside a Goddess's Treasure Chest at Pumpkin Landing that can be unlocked by striking a Goddess Cube found outside Skyview Temple.

A Link Between Worlds

In A Link Between Worlds, the Pouch can be found on a Tree stump in the Haunted Grove. Once Link finds it, the Blacksmith's Wife tells him that she made it for him and that Gulley wanted to give it to him.[5] The Pouch allows Link to equip an item to the X Button as well.
