Master's Plaque
The Master's Plaque is a quest item in Oracle of Seasons.[1] It belongs to the Master Diver in Sunken City, who uses the plaque as part of his test to prove Link worthy of the Zora's Flippers.[1]
Location and Uses
The plaque is found inside a cavern above the waterfall (which can only be accessed with the help of Dimitri) next to the one where the Master Diver resides. Here Link will find the test that the Master Diver spoke of: Link must hit the four eye statues found in the cave simultaneously to reveal a staircase leading to a Treasure Chest where the Master's Plaque, proof of Link's completion of the test, is located.[2] To solve the puzzle, Link must push the four blocks into a position where they can all be hit by a single Spin Attack.
Once Link has obtained the plaque, he can bring it back to the Master Diver, who will give Link the Flippers as promised.
