::::The complaint was valid, but the way in which it was raised was not. So Matt's absolutely right to refer back to that section of our policy. This process has been agreed by the staff from both wikis as the correct method to deal with these issues (on the rare occasions when they arise) with the minumum fuss and disruption possible. Nobody should be bypassing this established channel of inter-staff communication to raise such issues.
