Overview
Breath of the Wild
Stamina is a mechanic in Breath of the Wild. Link can only perform certain actions when he has stamina, including Sprinting, Spin Attacks, Climbing, and using the Paraglider.
Stamina automatically replenishes when not being used, however consuming Energising or Enduring Foods or Elixir will speed this process up.

Horses that have lots of stamina can run at top speed for a long time. However, they can't turn well when they're running at top speed. If your horse can't turn sharply, you're more likely to hit obstacles, so think before you ask your horse to sprint.
