Overview

Breath of the Wild

Stamina is a mechanic in Breath of the Wild. Link can only perform certain actions when he has stamina, including Sprinting, Spin Attacks, Climbing, and using the Paraglider.

Stamina automatically replenishes when not being used, however consuming Energizing or Enduring Foods or Elixir will speed this process up.
