I want to provide a link in the "grumble grumble" section to reference 8 in the mido page. How do I do that? So basically when you read about what he says to link including the grumble grumble allusion, I want you to be able to click on a link that will not only take you to the Mido page, but down to reference 8 on that page where the actual quote is located.
Also where can I get some useful information all about the little editing tricks I can do? All I know how to do really is what you see above done to "mido". --—Preceding unsigned comment added by PianoMastR64 {{{2}}}
- What you want to do is...provide a reference! :) This is easily done, and we have a help guide section just for that! You can access it here. Basically, what you do, if you're referencing a game, is use this template:
<ref>{{Cite| quote goes here | name of character | name of game here...you can use abbreviations like OOT, ALTTP, etc}}</ref>
- ...it's the basic cite template, but it's only used for referencing things in games. You place that after a sentence (including after the period), and...voila, you've cited a ref!
