Trampoline
Trampolines are recurring Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.(OoSOracle of Seasons | EoWEchoes of Wisdom)[1][2]
Location and Uses
Oracle of Seasons
Trampolines can be found in the Poison Moth's Lair, as well as the Ancient Ruins and the Explorer's Crypt. Link can push them around, or jump on them with the Roc's Feather or Roc's Cape below a Pit to bounce to the next floor. Should Link attempt to jump on one that is not beneath a Pit, he will hit his head and fall back down.
In the Poison Moth's Lair, if Link is knocked down into a Pit while doing battle with Mothula, his only means of returning to the fight will be via a Trampoline below the Boss Room.
Echoes of Wisdom
Trampolines are Objects scattered throughout Hyrule. Zelda can learn one as an Echo, and summon it whenever she wishes using the Tri Rod. They can be used to bounce her to higher ground.
