Glitch 116 (the Zelda Wiki has 115 glitches): No Korok Sound

Effect

Talking to a Korok will have no sound.

How to

Talk to a Korok (make sure it's not in Korok Forest. It has to be called Korok, otherwise I don't think it'll work) repetitively, and some will have no sound.

Notes

I think it is because the game is still playing the previous sound.

Glitch 117: Octorok Clip

Effect

Makes an Octorok clip through the wall.

How to

Kill an Octorok (I recommend Forest ones, they might be the only ones that work, although Snow ones might work) next to a wall.

Notes

The items will immediately go out of the wall, allowing you to obtain them.

Glitch 118: Durability Transfer

Effect

Transfer durability to another item.

How to

https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Dupe_Items_Anywhere, but instead of dropping the item, use it once (as in it will lose 1 durability), pick up the multishot bows, and equip another item.

Notes

  1. I think Zelda wiki forgot to put this on their wiki.
  2. Only works with weapons/shields of the same type (so you can't transfer a Hylian Shield's durability to the Master Sword, but you can transfer it to a Guardian Shield+)
  3. You can't transfer durability from any bow other than a multishot bow (so you can't transfer a Royal Bow's durability)

Glitch 119: Hold Smuggling Method 3

Effect

Lets you hold items anywhere, like the 2 methods on Zelda wiki.

How to

Same as Durability Transfer, except instead of equipping a weapon, using it, blah blah blah, you just hold items and pick up the bows (the latter is of course optional, but I do it because I want to keep the bows.)

Notes

You will be stuck in the materials screen (only in the inventory tho) until you unhold the items by pressing X in the inventory screen. (sry if that didn't make sense.)

Glitch 120: Armor Glitch

Effect

Varies.

How to

Same as the link in Glitch 108, but instead of equipping the weapon you will sacrifice, equip different armor. The glitch normally makes effects weird and might give you climate immunity (kinda), but equipping anything after having equipped the Gerudo set will allow you to get in to Gerudo Town with any armor, and there might be other effects.

Notes

The glitch ends when you reload a save,

Glitch 121: Infinite Durability Melee Weapon

Effect

Kinda makes a weapon have infinite durability/Lets you use a weapon without using any durability (ish)/Makes the Master Sword recharge time stuck at 00:00.

How to

https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Dupe_Items_Anywhere, but once Link disappears (make sure his weapon disappears), equip the Master Sword, pick up the bows (so u can keep them), and then once the weapon breaks, the Master Sword recharge time will be stuck at 00:00. Then, save and reload, and the Master Sword's power should be restored and everything else should be the same in terms of weapons. Then, rinse and repeat (if you want to). If you rinse and repeat, you can change the weapon with nothing wrong.

Notes

You may not equip a different melee weapon during the glitch.

Glitch 122: Arrow ignoring edge of map

Effect

Shoots an arrow out of Hyrule from inside Hyrule

How to

Moon Jump at the edge of the map (it might only work over the border between the Akkala Sea and what I call “Voidout Canyon” because it’s a canyon that voids you out) and shoot an arrow (I used a 53 dmg royal bow with normal arrows).

Notes

It’s best to see when you jump very high. Also it’s a bit hard to pull off. And it might not work im very sure it does tho.

Glitch 123: Jittery Link

Effect

Makes Link jittery.

How to

Hold ZL and spam B.

Notes

N/A

Glitch 124: Funny Korok

Effect

Makes a Korok funny.

How to

Spawn a Rock Korok and walk on the rock because of weird hitboxes.

Notes

N/A

Glitch 125: Gatehouse Lynels Dropping Weapons

Effect

Causes the Gatehouse Lynels in Hyrule Castle to drop their weapons

How to

Save once the fight begins and then immediately reload the save.

Notes

You need to kill the Lynel

Glitch 126: Boomerang Curse

Effect

Same as https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Hinox_Curse

How to

Throw a boomerang underwater via https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Disable_Water_Physics

Notes

This will make the game think you're still doing the Birdman Minigame, and it will also break the physics engine, just like the Hinox Curse.

Glitch 127: Glitchy Fast Travel

Effect

Makes the fast travel animation really weird.

How to

Fast travel as a big metal box, like the ones around Wasteland Tower, falls on you.

Notes

It may be a bit hard, idk.

Glitch 128: Save Glitch

Effect

Fully heals enemies and refreshes stamina.

How to

Reload a save. It works if you just saves like 5 seconds ago btw.

Notes

I think that this may be intended but it works like a glitch, so…

Glitch 129: Windbomb

Effect

Makes Link go very freaking fast

How to

Paraglide, then go into Bullet Time, equip the round remote bombs, drop one, equip the square ones, drop one, detonate the round bomb, and then paraglide again

Notes

This may be on the Zelda wiki, but I don’t think it is.

Glitch 130: Get into Gerudo Town with any armor (method 1)

Effect

Lets you get into Gerudo Town with any armor.

How to

Windbomb into Gerudo Town. You should be able to get in because the gate check is unloaded.

Notes

There are other methods. Also the glitch stops when you reload a save, void out, or fast travel

Glitch 131: Get into Gerudo Town with any armor (method 2)

Effect

Same as the last method.

How to

Perform the Armor Glitch and equip the Gerudo set and walk into Gerudo Town.

Notes

The glitch stops when you reload a save, and idk about fast traveling or voiding out.

Glitches 132-140: Reset Runes, (Methods 2-10)

Effect

Same as the method on the Zelda wiki (it recharges all of the runes except amiibo and master cycle (the former because it resets at midnight, the latter because it’s stored on the map), along with some (if not all) of them healing enemies and some (if not all) also refreshing stamina as well.

How to

Solve a Korok Puzzle, examine an apparatus, reload a save/get pwned, open a chest, void out, enter Gerudo Town without the proper armor, fast travel, talk to an NPC, buy an item, or go near a freed Divine Beast.

Notes

None

Glitch 141: Yiga Master Sword Yoink

Effect

Makes the Master Sword be yoinked by a Yiga Blademaster

How to

https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Take_the_Yiga_Clan_Anywhere and take the blademaster to the Master Sword and it will yoink it.

Notes

The glitch stops when you pull the invisible Master Sword or reload the area (not tested yet tho)

Glitch 142: Super Menu Overload

Effect

Overloads the game, causing a ton of weird stuff.

How to

Go to Oseira Plains, north of the Crusher Lynel (Gerudo Desert may also work), https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild#Collision_Overload (make sure you use a Royal Halberd or Royal Guard's Spear or the game will crash partway), except you throw them into the grass. Once you have thrown like 600 weapons, you have achieved this.

Notes

If you clone another like 99, the game crashes.

Glitch 143: Throw Gatling

Effect

Throws a ton of weapons at once.

How to

Achieve Super Menu Overload, then get very close to that aforementioned 99 limit (idk how close tho lol). I would suggest you throw them at the aforementioned Lynel and use a Savage Lynel Sword.

Notes

Try not to crash the game.

Feel free to add other glitches that are NOT on https://zelda.fandom.com/wiki/Glitches_in_Breath_of_the_Wild!
