Userpage

The image on your userpage is a tad too big and when images are that big they risk locking up people's web browsers and computers, so if you could resize it down to a manageable size that'd be great.Mandi Talk 04:43, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Hey! Sorry I didn't realize that, due that I'm kinda new here :) So I'm still knowing things here xD Thanks for telling me! :) --Isamisa 18:09, 9 August 2010 (EDT)

No need to remove it, I've resized the image on your user page ;) Jeangabin 06:41, 10 August 2010 (EDT)

Wow! :D Thank you very much for the image thing! :DD I wasn't expecting that! That was really sweet of you! thanksss ;) Now I won't have problemsss yaaay! --Isamisa 12:57, 10 August 2010 (EDT)

File formats and transparency

TP Princess Zelda Concept Art 2.png

You recently uploaded a piece of concept art for Zelda in Twilight Princess.

It was a fine picture, but it was a jpg image. The white background cannot be removed from a jpg image, so if you're uploading images that might need the background cropped out, upload them as png images instead in the future. I've replaced your image in the Zelda gallery with a png version that I've uploaded. — Nosh [T] [C] 15:37, 16 August 2010 (EDT)

Oh! okay! thank you very much! :) I didn't know how to remove backgrounds! I'm still new so it's great to learn new things around here :) --Isamisa 16:32, 16 August 2010 (EDT)
Not a problem. Another thing to keep in mind for the future: when replying in discussions, it's standard to indent your response with a colon. — Nosh [T] [C] 16:54, 16 August 2010 (EDT)

Blanking Pages?

I've noticed that you've been blanking pages and then quickly re-adding the information? These types of edits are rather unnecessary and some people may confuse it for vandalism, so it's not really a good idea to continue doing it. Mandi Talk 12:25, 25 February 2012 (EST)

Also, not everything needs to be organized by timeline, only characters that are particularly affected or are heavily involved in the plot, like Link and Zelda, and that are featured in quite a few games. --Dany36 12:56, 25 February 2012 (EST)

Oh! I see. I just wanted to be more organized. Thank you for the messages though! --Isamisa 13:38, 25 February 2012 (EST)

Multiple edits

Hello! I noticed you've been making a lot of edits to the same page over a short time. Doing this puts a large strain on our server and clogs up the recent changes. So instead of saving a lot, use the "show preview" button next to the "save page" button. It'll allow you to view your edit for any mistakes so you don't have to make a lot of fixing edits or additional ones! :) — Hylian King [*] 19:08, 28 July 2012 (EDT)

Wow!! thank you very much for the advice :) --Isamisa 19:11, 28 July 2012 (EDT)

Artwork

Hey, it's me again. Great job with all that artwork! A few things about that though: we would really appreciate it if you checked to make sure the artwork isn't already on the wiki before uploading it. For example, three of the files you uploaded already exist here, here, and here. Also, if you could fill out the "summary", "game" and "type" fields before hitting the "upload file" button it would really help us out, because if you don't do it someone else will have to. The "source" field is also important to let people know where you got the file from and to give credit where credit is due. Finally, you can rename a file before uploading it to the wiki by editing the "destination filename" field. Files with names like "File:CTRP AQE illu03 ad Kopie.jpg" are a little hard to manage so it's always good to give them a decent name.

That's it! Otherwise you're doing a great job and we look forward to seeing more from you in the future. :) — Hylian King [*] 19:43, 1 August 2012 (EDT)

Uploading similar images

Hey! I recently deleted your Wolfos image since, as you can see from the Wolfos article, we already had two files that were too similar to each other (same game, almost same pose). When uploading a file, please make sure we don't already have an image like it, otherwise, it will be unfortunately deleted. Thanks! --Dany36 19:05, 7 August 2012 (EDT)
