Template:Place The Royal Crypt is a mini-dungeon in The Minish Cap. It is located in the Royal Valley, west of Hyrule Castle. The crypt contains the ghost of an ancient king, King Gustaf. The King gives Link a golden Kinstone piece which is used to open the 'Source of the Flow'. The crypt contains Gibdos, Ropes, Blade Traps, and Stalfos, as well as some Door Mimics.
Trivia
- The background music heard in the crypt is a remix of the first Legend of Zelda's dungeon theme.
- Also, the sound effect heard when revealing the two keys in King Gustaf's room is the same as the sound effect heard for uncovering hidden items in The Legend of Zelda. This sound effect is only heard in the Royal Crypt.
