The Light Fruit is an item featured in Skyward Sword.

Overview

Appearing only in the Silent Realm, these white plants are scattered throughout the realm. When Link collects one of these, it will shoot up a light in the sky, revealing the locations of Sacred Tears for 30 seconds.[1]
