Not to be confused with Cyclones.

Template:Object Tornadoes are recurring objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1] Tornadoes go unnamed in Zelda's Adventure.

Location and Uses

The Minish Cap

Tornadoes are large whirlwinds that appear at Veil Springs, atop the Cloud Tops, and inside the Palace of Winds. They propel Link upwards into the Sky, allowing him to reach the Cloud Tops, the Palace of Winds, and the Gyorg Pair respectively.

Other Appearances

Zelda's Adventure

Tornadoes are objects that appear early in the Shrine of Air, appearing as small moving twisters that wander aimlessly. Unlike most obstacles, they cannot be dispatched with the Wand, and can only be quelled by casting the Spell of Calm.[2] Tornadoes take three hits of the Calm Spell's projectiles before they recede.
