The Milk Bar (ミルクバー, Miruku Baa) is a drink restaurant featured in several The Legend of Zelda games. The bar seems to have come about from the joke of Hylian milk being alcoholic[1].

Majora's Mask

In Majora's Mask, the Milk Bar is referred to both as the Milk Bar and as Latte[2] (ラッテ, Ratte). The bar is run by Mr. Barten, and is open from 10 p.m. to dawn. The bar provides entertainment with drinks and a stage that can be used by various bands and for other entertainment.

Latte is a members-only establishment, and access to it is only granted if one shows proof of membership[3]; namely, a Romani's Mask. There are two drinks offered at the Milk Bar: regular milk, and the special vintage milk Chateau Romani.

Ballad of the Wind Fish

By speaking to the Zora manager, Toto, near the stage, Link can participate in a sound check for the band, the Indigo-Go's. By donning each mask and playing their specific part in the song as orchestrated by the manager, Link will not only complete his Bomber's Notebook entry for Toto, but also receive the Circus Leader's Mask from Gorman who happens to be listening in on the performance.

The Wind Waker

While never explicitly called a milk bar, there is a café on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker. While normally this would not be of any importance to this article, there is a sign in the café with the menu written out on it in Hylian; one of the items on the menu is milk.

Phantom Hourglass

A small milk bar located on Mercay Island plays a minor role in Phantom Hourglass, and nothing can be purchased from it. Early on, Link visited it while searching for Linebeck, a captain of a ship, though he wasn't there when Link came in. The only people at the bar are the bartender and an old man; otherwise, it is empty. A picture of Tingle hangs on the wall.
