Meat and Rice Bowls are Items in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Location and Uses

Meat and Rice Bowls are meals that can be made by Cooking Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt together in a Cooking Pot. If eaten, they'll replenish several Hearts in Link's Life Gauge. Composed of rice and lightly seared meat, these dishes are considered a mainstay throughout Hyrule Kingdom.[1]

Additional ingredients can be used when making Meat and Rice Bowls, which can result in the following variations:

  • Enduring Meat and Rice Bowl:[4] Made by adding enduring ingredients. These bowls completely refill and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[4]
  • Hasty Meat and Rice Bowl:[5] Made by adding hasty ingredients. Eating these meals will temporarily increase Link's speed.[5]
  • Spicy Meat and Rice Bowl:[6] Made by adding spicy ingredients. Link will gain one level of Cold Resistance if he eats these dishes.[6]
  • Electro Meat and Rice Bowl:[7] Made by adding electric ingredients. Eating them will grant Link one level of Shock Resistance.[7]
  • Mighty Meat and Rice Bowl:[8] Made by adding mighty ingredients. When eaten, Link will receive a boost to the power of his attacks.[8]
