Baba Serpents are enemies in Twilight Princess.[1]

Characteristics and Weaknesses

When a Baba Serpent is chopped off its base, it hops around to hunt down Link. If they get close to him, they clamp their jaws around the hero, who must use a Spin Attack to escape. Baba Serpents may be found hanging from the ceiling of an enclosure. When Link fights Ook in the Forest Temple, he tosses the Gale Boomerang to sever some of them from the ceiling. The best way to get rid of multiple Baba Serpents, or even just one that has bitten Link, is to perform a Spin Attack. They have thorns on their stalks, orange heads with black stripes, and blue and purple forked tongues. They also have fangs and seemingly a nose.

There is also a Twilight form of the Baba Serpent, which can be found in various areas of the Palace of Twilight. They act much in the same fashion as their normal brethren and look identical to the Shadow Deku Babas.
