"Clean My House" is a Side Quest in Skyward Sword.[1] "Clean My House" goes unnamed in Skyward Sword HD.

Overview

Should Link enter Pipit's House on Skyloft, he will find the interior totally caked in dust and cobwebs. Mallara, who resides in the House, will explain to Link that she does not feel motivated enough to clean the area, and will ask Link to do so for her, offering payment upon the job's completion.[2] Thus begins the "Clean My House" Side Quest.

Mallara thanks Link upon him accepting the task, but then reveals the fact that she does not own a broom with which to clean the home. She explains that she normally waits for a gust of Wind to come and blow all the dust away for her.[3] This leaves Link with only option: to use the Gust Bellows to clean the Pipit's House in its entirety.[1] Should Link tell Mallara that he has finished, without actually cleaning the entire House, she will remark on that being a shame, and end Link's chance to work for her.[4][5] He will not be paid, but he can resume the work at any time by speaking to Mallara.

Once Link has completely cleared the abode of all debris, Mallara will thank him and invite him over to be paid.[6] As she thanks Link profusely,[7] Mallara's gratitude will materialize in the form of a set of five Gratitude Crystals for Link to collect.[8] She will then pay him 20 Rupees for his work.[9] After paying him, Mallara will ask Link not to inform Pipit of his employment, as he feels Mallara should be doing the cleaning herself.[10]

Link may return to Pipit's House an unlimited amount of times in the future, and is able to clean the House for Rupees as many times as desired.[11]
