Ocara is a character in Phantom Hourglass.[1]
Biography
Ocara can be seen on Molida Island.
After being overtaken by fog in his pursuit of the Ghost Ship, Link speaks to Ocara. She tells him about the fog and about Romanos's father, who got through the fog.[2][3][4]
