Pondo can be found just outside of Pondo's Lodge in Hebra patting down a Snowball. If Link talks with him, he will ask if Link would like to try a round of Snowball Bowling for 20 Rupees. If Link bowls a strike, Pondo will reward him a Blizzard Rod. After the first strike, Pondo will give Link 300 Rupees for each subsequent strike.
