In the beginning, the internet was a source for free music thanks to the KaZaA file-sharing program. After running into some difficulty in a game he rented, Murph discovered that the internet could be used to find game help. An attempt at beating Legend of Zelda took him across many Zelda sites, but zeldauniverse.net's timeline theory captured his interest. He then joined the forums in July of 2002 and became an active member. ZU inspired him to make and moderate his own forums for a short while, and he eventually created an elaborate thread dueling game with character creation and a custom battle system on his forums. His friends played for a few months, but eventually moved on. Today, he uses the internet for keeping up on gaming news and for music files and game trailers. Personal

Murph's internet alter ego, GreenBandit, is active at many online locations such as Zelda Universe. He's one of the oldest active members at the forums, and his profile can be found here. He is a senior in high school and plans to major in Music Education at his hometown university.

Gaming

A hardcore gamer, Murph spends most of his free time either playing or researching video games, especially Nintendo games. Having played Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link, A Link to the Past, and Ocarina of Time, he stumbled upon Zelda Universe in early 2002, which sparked a thirst for knowledge of the Zelda series that has yet to be quenched. He owns every Zelda game to date and has a large collection of Zelda collectables. His game collection is 100+, and he owns the following systems:
