Meat and Rice Bowls are meals that can be made by Cooking Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt together in a Cooking Pot. If eaten, they'll replenish several Hearts in Link's Life Gauge. Composed of rice and lightly seared meat, these dishes are considered a mainstay throughout Hyrule Kingdom.[1]
Additional ingredients can be used when making Meat and Rice Bowls, which can result in the following variations:
- Hearty Meat and Rice Bowl:[2] Made by adding hearty ingredients. Eating these will heal all of Link's Hearts and temporarily increase his maximum Hearts.[2]
