Template:Place The Signpost Maze is an area that is found in Link's Awakening.

Features

The maze is a four-screen area with numerous signposts. Each signpost points Link in the direction of the next one to read. After successfully following all of the signposts, Link enters Mamu's home. After paying him 300 Rupees, he teaches him the Frog's Song of Soul. The signpost maze cannot be solved without the Hookshot, which is required to reach the signpost in the bottom-left corner of the area.

The Signpost Maze is fairly isolated from the rest of the island, and can only be reached by jumping over a three-hole gap with the Roc's Feather and Pegasus Boots from the northern Ukuku Prairie. Other areas which border it, but are inaccessible from it, include the Pothole Field to the east, Toronbo Shores to the south, and South of the Village to the west.

Trivia

It is possible to both reach and complete the Signpost Maze without the Pegasus Boots or the Hookshot, by jumping diagonally with the Roc's Feather.
