Location and Uses
One of the 31 Treasure Maps found throughout the World of the Ocean King, Treasure Map #1 is located on Cannon Island and can be collected during Link's first visit to the island. While traversing the northwest section of the island filled with Beehives, Link can find a small clearing with a circle of Grass and a Treasure Chest containing the Treasure Map.
Treasure Map #1 adds a red X to the Sea Chart in the southwest section of the Southwestern Sea, near Spirit Island. By sailing to this location and using the Salvage Arm, Link can salvage a Sunken Treasure containing a random Ship Part. Up to nine Bonus Rupees can also be collected during the salvage.
