Grandma's House
Grandma's House is a location in The Wind Waker.[1] Grandma's House goes unnamed in The Wind Waker HD.
Features and Overview
Grandma's House is where Link and Aryll live alongside their Grandmother. It is located on the east end of Outset Island. Inside, it features two floors connected by a Ladder. On the outside, it features a patio, which covers a crawlspace that leads to a basement housing a Treasure Chest. This patio is decorated with Vases.
It is here that Link receives the Hero's Clothes as a birthday present. In the Second Quest, Link will instead receive the Hero's New Clothes. After Aryll is abducted by the Helmaroc King, Link receives the Hero's Shield from his Grandmother.
When Link returns to Outset Island, he can visit Grandma's House to find his sickly Grandmother. By releasing a Fairy from a Bottle near her, he can cure her condition. As thanks and to help him along his journey, Link's Grandma will fill an Empty Bottle with Elixir Soup.
