Tears of the Kingdom

Link can make Wheat Bread by combining Tabantha Wheat and Rock Salt in a Cooking Pot. By default, the Recipe will only restore two Hearts, but this can be increased by adding extra ingredients.

On top of the variations found in Breath of the Wild, Wheat Bread can also come in a Rapid, Bright, Warding, Sticky, Scorching, Sunny, and Biting variants depending on the ingredients used.

Other Appearances

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity

The Recipe for Wheat Bread is earned by completing the Quest "Expert Cooking Lesson". It is made using five Tabantha Wheat and five Rock Salts. However, it can be lowered to four of each ingredient through the completion of "Hungry Hunches". When prepared before a Challenge or Scenario, the Cooking effects of other Foods will increase by 20%.
