Breath of the Wild
Link can make Wheat Breads by Cooking Tabantha Wheat and Rock Salt together in a Cooking Pot. Eating them will restore some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. The scent of these soft, springy breads is known to be heavenly.[1]
Adding extra ingredients to Wheat Bread can result in the following variations:
- Hearty Wheat Bread:[3] Made by adding hearty ingredients. If eaten, they'll heal all of Link's Hearts and grant him temporary Hearts.[3]
- Energizing Wheat Bread:[4] Made by using energizing ingredients. Consuming them will partially refill Link's Stamina Wheel.[4]
- Enduring Wheat Bread:[5] Made by using enduring ingredients. Link's Stamina Wheel will be completely restored and overfilled when he eats these breads.[5]
- Hasty Wheat Bread:[6] Made by using hasty ingredients. When eaten, Link will receive a boost to his movement speed.[6]
- Spicy Wheat Bread:[7] Made by using spicy ingredients. They can be eaten to grant Link one level of Cold Resistance.[7]

Tears of the Kingdom
Link can make Wheat Bread by combining Tabantha Wheat and Rock Salt in a Cooking Pot. By default, the Recipe will only restore two Hearts, but this can be increased by adding extra ingredients.
On top of the variations found in Breath of the Wild, Wheat Bread can also come in a Rapid, Bright, Warding, Sticky, Scorching, Sunny, and Biting variants depending on the ingredients used.

The Recipe for Wheat Bread is earned by completing the Quest "Expert Cooking Lesson". It is made using five Tabantha Wheat and five Rock Salts. However, it can be lowered to four of each ingredient through the completion of "Hungry Hunches". When prepared before a Challenge or Scenario, the Cooking effects of other Foods will increase by 20%.
