The Ocean Title Deed is an item in Majora's Mask.[1]

Location and Uses

The Ocean Title Deed is a claim to the Deku Flower located inside Lulu's room at Zora Hall. If Link approaches the Deku Flower, a Business Scrub will pop out from it. If Link speaks to the Business Scrub as a Goron, the Scrub will inform him that he is interested in moving to Goron Village, where the air is clean.[2] If Link presents the Mountain Title Deed, the Business Scrub will offer his own Deku Flower in return.[3] If Link accepts, the Business Scrub will give Link the Ocean Title Deed and leave for his new Deku Flower in Goron Village.[4][5]

With the Ocean Title Deed in Link's possession, he can freely use the Deku Flower in Lulu's room to fly to a ledge in her room. Link can alternatively repurpose the Ocean Title Deed as toilet paper by giving it to ??? in the Stock Pot Inn's bathroom after midnight each night.[6] Link can also trade the Ocean Title Deed to the Business Scrub outside Sakon's Hideout in Ikana Canyon in exchange for a Huge Rupee and the Deku Flower he has claimed.[7][8] However, if he does so, the Business Scrub will move to the Deku Flower in Zora Hall and Link will not be able to access it.[9]
