Honeyvore Bears are powerful animals that inhabit the wildernesses of Hyrule during the Era of the Wilds. They can be found in areas throughout Hyrule, but are particularly common in the Akkala Highlands and the Tabantha Frontier. Honeyvore Bears have primarily brown fur, with golden-brown muzzles. They are known to have a strong taste for Honey.^[2]

Honeyvore Bears are highly territorial animals, and will attack anyone who crosses into their territories.^[3] However, they can also be ridden and tamed like a Horse,^[4] although they cannot be registered at a Stable. Bokoblins can also be found riding Honeyvore Bears in certain locations, such as in the Gerudo Highlands. When killed, they drop Raw Meat and Raw Prime Meat.
