The Solution

Clue Answer Location
"Cock-a-doodle-doo!" Cucco Kakariko Village
"The scissors by the water…" Sand Crab Near Zora's Waterfall; beside the bridge that is south west of the Witch's Hut.
"It's shiny and red." Red Rupee Drain the Great Swamp and grab a fish. Then throw it into deep water for a Red Rupee.
"It's moist and fresh…" Fish Drain the Great Swamp and grab a fish. This time, don't throw it into deep water.
"BOOOM! Skitter-scatter…" Octoballoon Go to the south eastern corner of the Light World and wait until the balloon enemy explodes, then catch the remains.
"Sprinkle and watch it wobble…" Slime Find a Deadrock, Helmasaur, Lizard, Octorok, Scissor Crab, Snapdragon, Spiderock, Skull Stone, or a Soldier and use Magic Powder on it.
"It munches on nuts…" Squirrel Link may find one in the north western area of the Lost Woods where the Master Sword was placed.
"Pull it out, but…too bad!" Fake Master Sword Link may find it in various places in the Lost Woods. He must make sure to bag it and not pull it. If he pulls them all, the Riddle Quest will become permanently missable.
"It's red and sweet…" Apple Use the Pegasus Boots on any tree.
"A spectacled wanderer…" Cukeman Sprinkle Magic Powder on a Buzz Blob.
