"A Picture for South Akkala Stable" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
When Link examines the Empty Frame at South Akkala Stable, Dmitri will notice.[2] He explains that the Stables are hanging up Pictures for their patrons, and they are making use of Empty Frames provided by the Stable Association.[3][4] After discussing it with his wife and daughters, Dmitri decides he wanted to display a Picture of the Unity Bell, which can be found in Tarrey Town.[5] Though he is too busy to leave the Stable to paint it himself, Dmitri claims he would be able to copy a reference Picture.[6] Afterwards, "A Picture for South Akkala Stable" will begin.
Using the Camera, Link can take a Picture of the Unity Bell, which he can then show to Dmitri.[7] When he sees the Picture, he claims that it is exactly what he needed before asking permission to make his own copy.[8][9] If Link agrees, Dmitri recalls that he and his wife once rang the Unity Bell together, and they are still happy together.[10] He then proceeds to make his duplicate, assuring Link that he is talented enough to do so.[11] Once the Picture of the Unity Bell is complete, Dmitri claims he can almost hear it ringing, revealing that many couples hold wedding ceremonies in front of the Bell.[12]
Should Link ever capture a new Picture of the Unity Bell, Dmitri offers to make a new painting for him.[13] As a reward, he gives Link one Pony Point.[14] He also gives Link Prime Meat Stew, which he claims is a specialty of South Akkala Stable.[15] Thanking Link for the Picture, Dmitri invites him to stay at the Stable whenever he needs.[16] Following this conversation, "A Picture for South Akkala Stable" will be finished.
