Dragon Parts are a recurring class of Item in The Legend of Zelda series.(TotKTears of the Kingdom)[1] Dragon Parts go unnamed in Breath of the Wild.

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Dragon Parts are a type of Material that can be obtained from shooting Dragons with Arrows. Depending on where Link shoots, he will obtain either a Scale, a Claw, a Fang Shard, or a Horn Shard. Dragon Parts can be given to a Great Fairy in order to Enhance pieces of Armor. They may also be used as Cooking Ingredients in a Cooking Pot to enhance Meals.

Tears of the Kingdom

Dragon Parts reappear in Tears of the Kingdom, with the addition of Spike Shards. Like other types of Materials, they can be Fused to Weapons, Shields, or Arrows and used to perform elemental attacks, although this depends on which Dragon they belong to. Dinraal for Fire, Naydra for Ice and Farosh for Electricity. There is a new Dragon, the Light Dragon, who also drops Dragon Parts when hit with an Arrow. When Fused to a Weapon or a Shield, her Parts allow Link to heal when hitting Enemies. Like in Breath of the Wild, Dragon Parts can be be given to a Great Fairy in order to Enhance pieces of Armor or used in a Cooking Pot to enhance Meals.
