Characteristics

Fi's Commenthide ▲
Fi says:

Target lock: Octorok (Grass)

This monster descended from oceanic mollusks. It has developed the unsightly ability to spit rocks.

The creature prefers to sleep with tufts of grass on its head, so it has learned to take on the appearance of grass in order to fool and defeat its prey. You can use a shield to bounce the rocks this monster spits back at it.

Octoroks (Grass) are Octoroks that evolved from oceanic mollusks into land-dwelling creatures.[2] They spit Rocks at their prey, though these Rocks can be reflected back at them using a Shield.[3][4] They typically sleep beneath tufts of Octo Grass, which they have learned to mimic to trick potential prey.[5] Octoroks (Grass) are typically found in forested regions such as the Faron Woods.
