Demon Ships are items in Phantom Hourglass.[1][2] The name refers to both the individual Ship Part and the complete Ship.
Location and Uses
Ship Part
Demon Ships are Hulls belonging to the completed Demon Ship of the same name. They are said to ferry evil creatures.[3]
Just like most Ship Parts, Demon Ships can be obtained through various methods:
- Purchasing them from Beedle and other Shops.
- Finding them in Treasure Chests.
- Salvaging them using the Salvage Arm.
- Winning them from Mini-Games.
- Trading them in Freedle's boxes.
Ship
The Demon Ship is the name given to the SS Linebeck once it has been outfitted with the following Ship Parts:

The Ship Parts can be attached to the SS Linebeck at any time by visiting the Shipyard on Molida Island. For every three parts of the Demon Ship used, the durability of the SS Linebeck is increased by one Heart. When all eight parts are used together, they increase its durability by three Hearts, up to a total of seven Hearts. Aside from this boost in durability, the Demon Ship is merely a change in appearance to suit the player's personal tastes.
