Spark in Link's Awakening
Spark in Link's Awakening

The Spark usually appears as a flashing ball which clings to groups of pots or blocks. It first appeared in Template:ALTTP as a ball of flashing red/blue flame which could not be harmed, first appearing in the Tower of Hera and in many dungeons later on. It can be killed in Link's Awakening using the Magic Powder or Boomerang, and in the Oracle Series using the Boomerang. Using the Boomerang on Sparks will turn them into fairies, the same effect as Magic Powder on Anti-Fairies. Due to their similarities in certain appearances, Sparks are often mistaken for Bubbles or Whisps.

In Phantom Hourglass, they are invincible, and are always found in groups known as Winders.
