The Spirit Engine is an item in Spirit Tracks.[1]

Location and Uses

The Spirit Engine is a Train Car and part of the Spirit Train, initially stationed at the Tower of Spirits along with the Solid Passenger Car. Link is granted use of the Spirit Engine by its guardian, Anjean, after the young hero restores the Spirit Tracks to the Forest Sanctuary, but cannot travel there due to Alfonzo's train having crashed earlier.

The description of the Spirit Engine reads "This esteemed train has a long history of keeping evil at bay."
