Shards of Dinraal's Spike are Spike Shards found around the spikes on the Dragon Dinraal's back. Arrows with Shards attached to them explode in a burst of Fire upon impact, burning any Enemies caught in it. Shards of Dinraal's Spike are required to upgrade the following pieces of Armor at a Great Fairy Fountain:
