Small Wheels are Items in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Location and Uses

Small Wheels are one of the two Zonai Devices classified as Wheels, the other being Big Wheels. When struck, Small Wheels rotate forward. A single wheel drains 0.01% of an Energy Well per second. Using Ultrahand, Link can attack Small Wheels to others Objects, resulting in the creation of a vehicle. Small Wheels are faster than Big Wheels, but they lack the power to travel up steep slopes and are easily stuck on rough terrain.
