Pompie and Vera are the town's most talkative pair of ladies, and they are always spreading idle gossip. Lately they've been obsessed with Lenzo.

Vera is a middle-aged woman, a native resident of Windfall Island. She and her friend Pompie love to gossip—while Link is on the Island, their prime subject of discussion is the nature of Lenzo and Minenco's relationship.^{[citation needed]} Should Link show them a Pictograph of the two, they will stop gossiping and reward him with Treasure Chart 24.^{[citation needed]}
