Double Axes are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.(BotW | HWAoC)[1][2]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
247 (252) Double Axe |
Description |
Common Locations Gerudo Highlands | |
Properties |
Double Axes are Axes that have been designed with fighting in mind, though they require practice to use efficiently.[1] They can be found either abandoned or being used by Monsters in West Necluda and the Gerudo Highlands. As with the Woodcutter's Axe, the Double Axe has a damage multiplier when used against Trees, allowing them to be felled in one swing.
Being made of metal, Double Axes will attract Lightning if they are equipped during a Thunderstorm and conduct Electricity. However, they will not burn when exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate, and they can be picked up using the Magnesis Rune.
