Overview
"A Strike to Pierce Stone" is a Quest for Link that unlocks after both the "Training Ground Upgrade" Quest and "The Future of Hyrule" Scenario are completed. In order to prove that he has mastered using a Spear, Link must defeat a Molduga.[2] To do this, he needs a Molduga Trophy and five Ethereal Stones. Once he provides them, the Spear instructor will display his proof at the training ground.[3] As a reward, Link's Spear ability will be enhanced, allowing him to unleash a shock wave after charging an attack.[4]
Finishing "A Strike to Pierce Stone" is necessary in order to complete "The Hope of Necluda" Quest.
