The Kokiri Clothes are an Outfit that can be crafted at Madame Couture's at a cost of one Blob Jelly, one Armos Spirit and 100 Rupees. Wearing the Kokiri Clothes allows Link to shoot three Arrows at a time using the Bow. The Arrows are fired in a spread shot, each about 10 degrees apart, and the amount of Energy Gauge spent is unchanged.

Trivia

The Kokiri Clothes are based on the Kokiri tribe of forest-dwellers, of which Link was a member in Ocarina of Time. The Outfit was given a more functional and protective appearance, including a pointy, wide-brimmed hat, possibly due to the Hero's Tunic already resembling the traditional Kokiri garments.
