"The Moonlit Princess" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Overview

When Link speaks to Seggin after completing "Sidon of the Zora", he reflects on Sidon's recent coronation, stating that Mipha would have been overjoyed if she had seen it.[2] He recalls witnessing Mipha holding her Lightscale Trident in the moonlight, claiming it was beautiful.[3] He wishes to see it once more,[4] at which point "The Moonlit Princess" will begin.

At Mipha Court on Ploymus Mountain, Link can use his Camera to take a Picture of Mipha's Statue during the night. Upon seeing the Picture, Seggin will be shocked by its accuracy.[5] Happy to have seen Mipha in the moonlight once again, he gives Link a Zora Sword as a sign of his gratitude.[6][note 1] He reveals that he used it in the past, and he believes that it could still be useful to Link.[8] Feeling relieved, Seggin declares his loyalty to Sidon and the Zora royalty.[9] Afterwards, "The Moonlit Princess" will be completed.

Perhaps you can fulfill his wish of seeing that lovely sight just one more time.
Complete You showed Seggin a picture of Mipha's statue beneath the moonlight.

Seggin was moved by the beauty of that sight and renewed his vow to remain a loyal subject of the Zora royal family no matter what changes the flow of time brings.
