Flamebreaker Armors are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Flamebreaker Armor

Armor crafted by Gorons for Hylians curious enough to visit Goron City. It's made from fire-resistant rocks to protect the wearer.

Flamebreaker Armors are pieces of Armor that can be purchased in the Ripped and Shredded shop at Goron City. One can also be received from Kima by completing the "Fireproof Lizard Roundup" Side Quest at the Southern Mine.[citation needed]

When worn, they provide one level of Flame Guard.[1] Flamebreaker Armors can be enhanced by a Great Fairy and can be Dyed at the Kochi Dye Shop. The Flamebreaker Armor, alongside the Flamebreaker Helm and Flamebreaker Boots, compose the Flamebreaker Set. When each piece of the Set has been enhanced at least two times by a Great Fairy and the full Set is worn, it provides a Fireproof Set Bonus.
